Ian Reid
Artistic Director
Ian Reid is a playwright raised in Massachusetts. His play PINK MORPH SUITS has been produced at The Tank, and his short play DYLAN went up as part of The 24 Hour Plays: Nationals at Classic Stage Company. He was the recipient of the 2022 John Golden Playwriting Prize. By day, he teaches Environmental Studies at NYU.
Emma Richmond
Producing Director
Emma Richmond has made theater with/at HERE, The Tank, Columbia University, Colt Coeur, and Audible, amongst others. She is currently the programs manager at Clubbed Thumb, and she was The Tank’s 2022-23 Producing Fellow. She holds a BFA from The New School of Drama with a minor in Interdisciplinary Science. She loves Trove!
Kallan Dana
Literary Director
Kallan Dana is a writer originally from Portland, Oregon. She is a member of the 2023-2024 Clubbed Thumb Early Career Writers’ Group. Her plays include RACECAR RACECAR RACECAR (2023 O’Neill NPC Finalist, 2023 Bushwick Starr Reading Series Finalist), Lying (2022 Princess Grace Award Semifinalist), Love Story (2022 Bramble Theater Unfinished Works Festival Winner), The Great Hunger (The Tank), and Playdate (Dixon Place, funded by Jerome Foundation Grant). She also makes work with her company Needy Lover. MFA in Writing for the Screen and Stage from Northwestern University.
Rachel Mueller
Development Director
Rachel Mueller has worked in development and event planning at Clubbed Thumb, Wisconsin Shakespeare Festival, Dorset Theatre Festival, Pablo Center, and Des Moines Metro Opera. In college, she served as a dramaturg in the New Jersey Play Lab’s inaugural Storyteller Studio cohort and founded a theater education mentorship program for local students. She has a BA in theater with minors in creative writing and arts administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
Harry Minsky
Cyber Director
Harry Minsky is a senior at NYU studying computers and their weaknesses. He made this website. He loves Trove. He loves you.

Amar Ahmad
Graphics Director
Amar Ahmad is a filmmaker/designer and a recent graduate from the Rhode Island School of Design. He's had the honor of helping out with play posters and graphics for Trove since 2023. He has an interest in the intersection between real life and fiction which comes up in his plays and short films, most recently “The Death of Art Slob.” Amar has acted, directed, and written, and has been a lover of Ian Reid associated theater since high school.
